Sir, we are 100+ outsource contractual vocational trainer’s/TEACHERS deployed by AISECT Pvt Ltd Co. for Central & State Govt (Karnataka) funded Project in various districts of Karnataka’s Govt High School & Pre University Colleges. Under supervision of Rashtriya Madhymik Shiksha Abhiyan — Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (R.M.S.A –S.S.A) AISECT got Tender & work order from R.M.S.A to execute NSQF Vocational Education Project. (1.) Nor the Pvt Co or RMSA-SSA paid a single penny as compensation to Vocational Teachers/Trainer’s . (2.) The Pvt Co. went out of this Project without paying 6-7 months salary March – sept 2021) & without relieving it’s employees please suggest your opinion on how to resolve this matter..

    • According to my information, you should make a written demand from DM, District Education Department, Education Secretary, State Govt etc. and if you do not listen, then directly approach the High Court.
